не совсем программа, но на Курсере постоянно есть интересные видео-курсы по разным направлениям, в том числе по истории, социологии, психологии, теории игр, программированию, биологии, точным наукам.
прелесть в том, что если вас не интересует сертификат, то письменных заданий делать не надо, а смотреть лекции в личном кабинете можно когда угодно.
я обычно беру курсы на английском.
